It takes the power of the Holy Spirit to serve God. No man can come to God except through Jesus Christ. If everyone can  uses it, it isn't God's power or Spirit leading you but the Sinful, greedy evil spirit of this Age! 
God says make it your goal to live a plain simple quiet life and not not seek things of the world. 

Be content with what you have and seek God's Kingdom first! Seek God's kingdom his power his strength!
