Only gold and silver coins are legal tender n the 50 States, Countries, under the power, authority and leadership of real elected representatives. Article 1, Section 8 and 10 of the US Constitution. No one can change that. You would have to rewrite the whole Constitution. The Constitution makes sure everyone is treated fairly, justly, equally. Good leadership makes sure everyone is treated fairly, justly and equally. A corrupt system is run by a few people who "con" everyone else and enforce slavery with the crack of the whip. Since 1913 when the Federal Reserve System was started by a few corrupt men the American people have been under enforced slavery. They kept their corrupt system alive because they owned all the media and just kept repeating the same con, "the lie."= = "America is a free country".! No, it has been under an oligarchy since 1913. A few unelected men and women like the EU have been ruling America through the Banking and Federal Reserve System. Their biggest "WHIP", power to enforce and throw you in jail, is the IRS. The Federal Reverse System and the IRS are independent "private businesses" raking in the money. Racketeering.
