This interview is very telling of the cold hearted brazen stupidity or arrogance of a few evil. Men trying to be God. It reminds me so much of Star Trek or Time Travel. What you do today will effect the future!
If you watch the interview you can understand what a mass murderer looks like. A sociopaths who works for the Globalist, Bankers, JFK's Assassins, Elitist, Luciferian, NWO.
I'm sure he doesn't know he is working for those men who want to rule the World. Why Doesn't he ask himself before developing a weapon of mass destruction?

The interviewer is what you call a handler so the man doesn't think deep questions. He builds up his pride, his feelings of self righteousness, the morality of the whole project, etc.
The Deep question the man should be asking himself if he wants to make sure he is doing the right thing. Make sure God is with him instead of Satan.

Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960's during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.
